PHILIPPINES : You will receive a notice email from store@commonground.ph when your order has been confirmed. Purchased items will be shipped within 10 business days of the order, although most will be shipped within 3 to 6.

TAXES, HANDLING & SHIPPING
All PHILIPPINE domestic orders are shipped via LBC, Entrego, Black Arrow, 2GO, JRS Express, Air Speed, TAG. Carriers are selected based on the most efficient delivery. All international orders are shipped via DHL. Please use signature service if you do not wish to leave your package unattended at your front door. We are not responsible for any lost packages if you do not request signature service.
Please reach out to us if this is the case and we will file a claim on your behalf. International customers are responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed during checkout. All Philippine residents will incur sales tax as set by the Republic of the Philippines and/or the province/city to which your delivery will be shipped.
